Metrics, Process Measurement & Continuous Process Improvement

Our development process is highly predictive due to our extensive tracking and use of metrics. The measurement of metrics in Agilis Solutions' Project life-cycle process provide insights into the quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the processes we use to develop and maintain the software products and applications that we build for our customers. These measurements provide the means to assess the "health" of our life-cycle similar to how a physician uses measurements such as pulse rate, blood pressure, and body temperature to assess the health of a patient. Given the right measurement data, we can recommend appropriate changes or conclude that our processes are healthy.
