Excellence in Communication

Agilis Solutions has focused specific effort at ensuring that communicating with our entire team is smooth and easy for our clients. All Agilis Solutions Project Managers are specifically trained in techniques focused at optimizing the information flow between on-shore and off-shore personnel. This includes:

  • Our on-shore Project Managers, Systems Architects, and Systems Analyst are local to our client's operation, and native to our client's business and community culture.
  • Our standard process is to use at least three (3) ways to communicate a message between team members, ensuring that both the message and the reply are well understood by all parties. Typically, this includes: telephone (we use VoIP), Instant Messenger, and email
  • On-shore and off-shore personnel project work schedules are overlapped, while at the same time taking advantage of the 24 hours in the work day to turn work around quickly.
  • All team members who do not speak English as a native language are required to attend regular English language classes, and are required to pass a language skill test. All written and spoken communication with the client is conducted in English.
  • We use a CAIRO matrix to explicitly identify all roles and responsibilities in any project. This is a great aid to communication between all parties.
