Example: Bank Phone Banking Application; Development; Microsoft
This project was to develop an IVR phone banking application to a major commercial bank. The application interfaces with a telephone switch to receive dial in signals to support customer actions such as verification and validation customer access, account inquiry, and money exchange rate inquiry. Using a Dialogic card on the Phone Banking server, signals from the switch are handled as inputs of the application, integrating several modules of the bank retail application, such as Demand Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Loans, and FOREX.
