Agilis Solutions provides software engineering outsourcing services;
taking full responsibility for development of our clients' software
product or application (full lifecycle), as well as long-term software
product or application maintenance and support. Our Project Managers,
Architects, and Analysts (depending on what the project needs),
each having an average of over 20 years experience in their specialty,
are blended with software engineers from our partner in Hanoi, Vietnam.

What to Outsource - we provide expert guided workshops which
help our client's prioritize and select applications for outsourcing;
level the expectations across a client's team regarding the potential
of outsourcing; lay the groundwork for rapid outsourcing implementation
with minimal risk and maximum value; define specific benefits of
outsourcing; define for the team which of their own current activities
deliver highest value to the enterprise; and builds teamwork around
the client's organizational structure, objectives and strengths.
Blended Model - Our blended delivery model means that out
clients receive the best of two worlds. We provide very senior Project
Managers, System Architects, and System Analysts who are local to
our client's business, culture, and location-for those parts of
a project that require high touch, close coordination with the client,
and intimate knowledge of our client's business. We perform our
software engineering (design, code and test) from our Off-Shore
Development Center (OSDC), through our partner in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Then we blend the total cost of the project for an all inclusive
rate that leverages the price advantage to the benefit of our clients.
World-Class Quality - Agilis' off-shore partner
is one of just 120 companies worldwide certified as operating at
the highest level (Level 5) of the Capability
Maturity Model (CMM) from the Software Engineering Institute
of Carnegie Mellon University. The CMM is the defacto standard in
the software industry for assessing the level of software engineering
quality according to achievements in continuous process improvement.
Our certification was awarded after an independent audit by KPMG
in March of 2004, and is continuously maintained. A key requirement
of certification is that the organization operate at level 5 for
at least a year prior. Our partner has been operating at level 5
since the beginning of 2003.
Depth and Breadth - Agilis Solutions has the ability to
draw from the full software engineering resources of our partner
in Vietnam. This means that our OSDC can dedicate personnel to a
client for the length of a multi-year contract, if needed, as well
as tapping into over 3,000 highly skilled software engineers; experts
in Microsoft, database, Java, Open Source, and system engineering
technologies (including embedded software). With these resources,
Agilis can deliver the absolute best price/performance value to
our customers.
