How do you transfer the technical expertise back to the client?
Similar to the process above

How have you learned the domain necessary to complete an assignment?
For previous projects, we have had to learn the business domain in order to properly understand and implement the requirements of the project. Our process for rapidly learning a new domain is to review all written information the client has on the domain. Then we go through an interview process with the client to fill in our understanding of the domain. We use the knowledge to prepare requirements/use cases/training for our personnel to ensure that we have a strong base of domain knowledge.
