Eileen Boerger is Executive Vice President of CorSource Technology Group and General Manager of Agilis Solutions, A Business Unit of CorSource Technology Group. Since joining the company in 2000, Eileen has been responsible for the delivery of our outsourced engineering services, which is now the Agilis Solutions Business Unit.

Eileen has extensive experience in the development and management of software systems and applications. She also has managed the outsourcing of software development and maintenance projects to three countries, Vietnam, India, and New Zealand.

Prior to joining the company, Eileen was Vice President of Operations at QualityLogic, where she was responsible for delivering Quality Assurance services. She has also held a variety of management positions at Mentor Graphics Corporation, including Vice President, Intellectual Property Partnerships, Vice President of the Design Flows Strategic Business Unit and Vice President of Corporate Engineering. Prior to Mentor Graphics, Eileen was Vice President of Software Technology at Unisys Corporation.

Eileen is currently a member of the Oregon Engineering and Technology Industry Council (ETIC), a public sector - private industry partnership focused on growing the capacity and excellence of Oregon's engineering and technology programs. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Software Association of Oregon (SAO) and the Women in Technology International (WITI) Foundation. Eileen has been recognized by Open Computing magazine as one of the "Top 100 Women in Computing".
