Quality Standards assessment instrument developed through years of
project and quality evaluations.
These are specific factors; each of which can impact
scope and quality, budget and/or schedule.
Each quality standard is rated according to a risk
assessment, and for those with appreciable risk, we develop an
impact analysis.

drives down to specifics. We then relate your risk assessments
and impacts directly back to the business issues identified in the
problem statement. For
each deficiency, the critical question is whether there is impact on
your issues (directly or indirectly).
If so, then steps to address the deficiency are included in
the Improvement Plan.
Our approach enables a clear plan for moving to Predictability,
listing the improvements that follow from the risks in the context
of benefit and cost. That is,
what can be done, what results those actions will produce, and at
what cost – related back to the identified business issues.
