About the speaker:

Eileen has extensive experience in the development and monitoring of software systems and applications. She also has managed the outsourcing of software development and maintenance projects to three countries; Vietnam, India and New Zealand. Eileen is currently a member of the Oregon Engineering and Technology Industry Council (ETIC), a public sector - private industry partnership focused on growing the capacity and excellence of Oregon's engineering and technology programs.
