Agilis Solutions Project Management Certification
Because of the critical nature and unique requirements of the
Project Manager at Agilis Solutions, all new Project Managers must
complete a phased certification process to become Agilis Solutions
Certified Project Managers.
The certification process is specific to Agilis Solutions
methodologies and practices versus general project management. The
training process concentrates on proven Agilis Solutions project
management methodology, effectively interacting with our Offshore
Development Center (OSDC), and understanding how Agilis Solutions
project roles work.
Our Project Managers are already highly experienced and possess
the appropriate project management experience and skill sets
required in the specialties where Agilis Solutions does business.
The certification has the following requirements:
- Completion of the interview process and new Project Manager
assessment test
- Completion of Project Managers training
- Pass the Project Managers Certification test with a score of
90% or better
- Positive evaluations from the assigned Agilis Solutions CPM,
Client, and OSDC Project Director
- Completion of the first project
- On schedule
- On budget
- Project accepted by the client
- With a positive Customer Survey from the client.
