Combination of Onshore and Offshore Resources - Maximum Benefit

Agilis Solutions' model for outsourced software project/product development services has evolved and been refined over the years. We deploy a blended team of both onshore and offshore personnel. We have found through experience that this leverages the best attributes of both for the benefit of the customer. Project managers, business analysts, and technical architects are locally based, highly experienced, and skilled in facilitating communications.  The seniority of our onshore personnel is a hallmark of Agilis Solutions.  These senior resources are blended with a hand-picked development team at our OSDC. 

Onshore Resources Local to Client

We leverage the location of our onshore personnel, who are local to the Portland (or our customer's) community, and therefore communicate at the same cultural and business level as our clients. These local Project Managers, Systems Analyst and Architects are very experienced in leading software development projects, and are specifically trained in the communication needs of a blended and geographically dispersed project team. In addition to management and technical skills, our onshore personnel have wide industry experience which help builds a strong relationship with the client and often leads to process improvements within our clients.

Highly Skilled Offshore Resources

We also leverage the well established processes, historical knowledge base, and skills of our Capability Maturity Model-Level 5 development team, located in Vietnam. Our team is highly driven by well established metrics, which measure many key aspects of their project management, development, and quality assurance processes. These metrics are constantly gathered and regularly reviewed. Metrics results feed continuous process improvement for all of our Key Performance Areas. We are so proud of our success in meeting our metrics that we are happy to share our results with our customers.
