Eileen Boerger

Eileen has extensive experience in the development and
monitoring of software systems and applications. She also has
managed the outsourcing of software development and maintenance
projects to three countries;
Prior to joining the company, Eileen was Vice President of
Operations at QualityLogic, where she was responsible for
delivering Quality Assurance services. She has also held a
variety of management positions at Mentor Graphics Corporation,
including Vice President, Intellectual Property Partnerships,
Vice President of Design Flows, Strategic Business Unit, and
Vice President of Corporate Engineering. Prior to Mentor
Graphics, Eileen was President of Software Technology at Unisys
Corporation.
Eileen is currently a member of the Oregon Engineering
and Technology Industry Council (ETIC), a public sector -
private industry partnership focused on growing the capacity and
excellence of
RRobin Carlier

Robin is a tenured Sales Executive with vast
experience in all aspects of sales, sales management, sales
training, business development and alliances and has been a top
revenue producer for many diverse industries. She began her
career in the Southeast in the classic brick and mortar venue of
office products and services in the highly competitive category
leadership companies of Xerox, FedEx and GTE Mobilnet. At Xerox
she was a President’s Club winner year over year. At Fedex she
built a new division from the ground floor and achieved record
setting numbers each year. She was recruited to assume the
leadership of the Sales & Marketing of a struggling Cellular One
region and after doubling its revenue stream prepared it for
sale to GTE Mobilnet.
After moving West,
Robin successfully transitioned her skill-sets into software sales
management and technical services. From 2000 through 2007, she was
with Oracle Corporation; five years in their Enterprise Applications
sales organization responsible for Strategic Accounts where in
addition to overachieving quota she also had the notoriety of being
the first Oracle representative to penetrate a 100% SAP account.
Robin spent her last two years with Oracle as a Regional Sales
Manager in their Governance-Risk-Compliance (GRC) sales
organization. She closed the second largest order in that
organization’s history at that point in time. Robin also spent
several years during the “dot com” era as a management consultant
working for venture capitalists as a "change management" consultant
for select SaaS companies in the healthcare services industry.
RBob Hall

Prior
to joining Agilis Solutions in 2008, Bob was Director of Engineering
at Unisys Corporation.
In this capacity, Bob has managed a variety of software
engineering organizations, focusing on developing and delivering
enterprise class software products to over 20,000 customers
worldwide. He has
managed geographically distributed development organizations in the
U.S. and Australia.
Bob’s responsibilities have included primary engineering interface
to large user groups in the U.S. and Europe as well as primary
engineering liaison to subsidiaries in Europe and Japan.
Responsibilities have also
included development of software and associated documentation as
well as maintaining the products in the field.
He has been responsible for the data centers within multiple
facilities. He has
managed the outsourcing of software development in Vietnam and
India.
Bob
has successfully delivered products in such diverse areas as
operating systems, network systems, internationalization,
maintenance system firmware, software development environments and
object oriented repository.
He has a long career of listening to customer needs and
translating them into successful products and services.
Bob
holds a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University
and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
RDavid Mays
David has over 20 years experience in sales,
marketing, and business development with technology companies.
Prior to working with Agilis Solutions, he was Vice President of
Sales and General Manager of Consulting Services at Quality Logic, a
software development and quality assurance company. His
background includes management positions with Data General (EMC),
Network Appliance, and Property Metrics, a real estate statistical
modeling company he co-founded.
David holds a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from the st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University
of
