Eileen Boerger

Eileen has extensive experience in the development and
monitoring of software systems and applications. She also has
managed the outsourcing of software development and maintenance
projects to three countries;
Prior to joining the company, Eileen was Vice President of
Operations at QualityLogic, where she was responsible for
delivering Quality Assurance services. She has also held a
variety of management positions at Mentor Graphics Corporation,
including Vice President, Intellectual Property Partnerships,
Vice President of Design Flows, Strategic Business Unit, and
Vice President of Corporate Engineering. Prior to Mentor
Graphics, Eileen was President of Software Technology at Unisys
Corporation.
Eileen is currently a member of the Oregon Engineering
and Technology Industry Council (ETIC), a public sector -
private industry partnership focused on growing the capacity and
excellence of
RBob Hall

Prior
to joining Agilis Solutions in 2008, Bob was Director of Engineering
at Unisys Corporation.
In this capacity, Bob has managed a variety of software
engineering organizations, focusing on developing and delivering
enterprise class software products to over 20,000 customers
worldwide. He has
managed geographically distributed development organizations in the
U.S. and Australia.
Bob’s responsibilities have included primary engineering interface
to large user groups in the U.S. and Europe as well as primary
engineering liaison to subsidiaries in Europe and Japan.
Responsibilities have also
included development of software and associated documentation as
well as maintaining the products in the field.
He has been responsible for the data centers within multiple
facilities. He has
managed the outsourcing of software development in Vietnam and
India.
Bob
has successfully delivered products in such diverse areas as
operating systems, network systems, internationalization,
maintenance system firmware, software development environments and
object oriented repository.
He has a long career of listening to customer needs and
translating them into successful products and services.
Bob
holds a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University
and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
